Building Confidence at Doddabelle Government School
The Project Flow team recently visited Doddabelle Government School to spend a day engaging with students through a series of interactive and confidence-building activities. The session was designed to create a comfortable and encouraging environment where students could express themselves freely and participate without hesitation.
Throughout the visit, we conducted activities focused on building self-confidence and communication skills. Students took part in small presentation exercises where they shared their thoughts and ideas with their peers, helping them overcome stage fear and speak more confidently. Alongside this, we organized energetic group dances and coordinated drills that encouraged teamwork, rhythm, and collective participation. These activities brought enthusiasm and laughter to the space while helping students build trust in their abilities.
The experience was both meaningful and inspiring for everyone involved. Seeing the students actively participate, support one another, and grow more confident throughout the session reminded us of the importance of creating safe spaces for expression and learning. Through initiatives like these, Project Flow hopes to continue empowering young students and encouraging them to believe in their potential.
