Vision
Our vision is a world where adolescents grow up with dignity, confidence, and access to accurate information about health and well-being, free from stigma, silence, or shame.
Mission
Our mission is to create an educational platform that curates reliable, publicly available resources on menstrual health and adolescent hygiene, encourages open and age-appropriate conversations, and supports awareness through learning, creativity, and community engagement.
Our Story
Project Flow began with a simple idea: young people deserve access to clear, stigma-free information about health and hygiene. As IBDP students at Candor International School in Bangalore, we noticed how often important topics like menstruation and mental well-being are surrounded by silence or confusion.
Through school activities, workshops, and community outreach, we saw how open conversations can build confidence and understanding from a young age. This inspired us to create Project Flow—a platform that curates reliable resources and supports awareness through education, creativity, and dialogue.
Our journey continues as we work to make learning about adolescent well-being more accessible, respectful, and empowering.
Core Values

1
Education Over Stigma
We believe that accurate, age-appropriate education helps break myths and reduces shame around topics that are often considered taboo. By encouraging learning and open discussion, we aim to replace silence with understanding and confidence.
2
Inclusivity & Respect
Our work is designed for all adolescents, regardless of gender, background, or lived experience. We strive to create spaces and resources that are welcoming, respectful, and mindful of diverse perspectives.
3
Ethical Responsibility
We are committed to sharing information thoughtfully, using trusted public sources and clear language. Project Flow does not provide medical advice and prioritizes transparency, accuracy, and student safety in all content.
4
Youth-Led Action
As students, we believe young people can create meaningful change when given the opportunity and responsibility. Our initiatives are driven by curiosity, collaboration, and a desire to make a positive impact within our communities.
Ethical Statement
This platform curates publicly available resources and does not provide medical advice.
